What you’ll do:
As CAF’s Marketing Specialist, you’ll bring your passion for storytelling and creativity to a fast-growing team. Working closely with our Marketing Manager and collaborating across Product Management, Sales, and HR, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding CAF’s reach in new markets. If you’re motivated to elevate brand awareness, lead marketing campaigns, and develop compelling content, let’s dive into the details!
Key Responsibilites:
- Craft Engaging Campaigns: Design and implement impactful marketing campaigns, including content for social media, email marketing, and our website.
- Content Creation: Develop original content for social media, newsletters, press releases, and our blog to tell CAF’s story.
- Brand Consistency: Conduct an annual review of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment across all channels and materials.
- Product Support: Assist the Product Team with content for product launches, documentation, and training resources.
- Trade Show Logistics: Coordinate and support logistics for trade shows, representing CAF and showcasing our products.
- Internal Communications: Support company messaging to foster a collaborative culture.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Agility & Teamwork: Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Driven & Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with a strong work ethic, you’ll be proactive in helping the team achieve CAF’s goals.
- Location Requirement: Must reside within 15 miles of our Maple Valley office.
Nice-to-Haves:
- B2B Marketing Experience: Previous experience in business-to-business marketing is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Content Management Systems (CMS) like Magento, CRM/Marketing Automation (HubSpot).
- Design Skills: Familiarity with graphic design tools like Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to prioritize and handle multiple projects with precision.
Day-to-Day at CAF:
Communication (40%):
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on content for social media, newsletters, and our website.
- Engage with internal teams to support company culture and brand alignment.
Sales Support (30%):
- Contribute to lead generation campaigns, sales collateral, and customer training resources.
- Coordinate trade show logistics and represent CAF at industry events.
Product Support (30%):
- Provide product documentation support, from info sheets to FAQ content.
- Assist with creating product videos and other multimedia resources.

What you’ll do:
As CAF’s “Kick Ass” and dynamic New Business Sales Manager, you will provide immediate value and sales to an exciting, fast paced, fast growing territory. We’re looking for people who are excited about opening new business channels and meeting aggressive sales growth goals. Our best sales people are those who enjoy the challenge of the hunt. What You Will Need to Succeed:
- In-depth understanding of the B2B sales process
- Willingness to learn the Convenience Store and Retail industry in the US and Europe

- Use current tools and contribute new material to grow market infiltration in the US and European markets
- Interpersonal and relationship building skills required

Reports to:
The New Business Sales Account Executive, reports directly to CAF’s Director of Sales, Sean Piper, who expects an ownership mentality and an “all in” commitment. Sean’s objective is to develop a sales team that encourages collaboration and support while still competitively striving for individual growth. The sales team is the “tip of the spear” for CAF, and the SAE needs a hunter mentality with a heart for customer service. Sean upholds a high level of accountability that will provide attainable targets and goals, but he will continue to challenge and stretch his team. He is interested in finding the individual’s motivating factors and drawing out their best performance. The employee needs to be able to draw passion from the positive and grow from the setbacks. What you’ll do:
The Data Analyst will report directly to the Director of Finance and Accounting, while playing a key role in supporting the entire organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with leadership teams in sales, operations, products, and marketing. The analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency, drive growth initiatives, and support overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and clean data from various sources to ensure accuracy and readiness for analysis.
- Design, maintain, and manage databases for efficient data access.
- Create visualizations using tools like SQL & Power BI to present complex data clearly to stakeholders.
- Communicate data insights to non-technical audiences through reports and presentations.
- Provide actionable insights to support business strategies and decision-making.
- Collaborate with teams to meet their data analysis needs.
- Develop automated reports and dashboards for real-time analysis.
- Stay updated with the latest tools and methods in data analysis.
