What you'll do:


As the Sales Project Coordinator in the Customer Success Team, you maintain the day-to-day activities to support our customers in receiving products through their preferred distribution partners. We have a long history of working with established distribution partners across US, Canada and Europe to ensure our 35,000+ customer locations can order our products with minimized costs and efforts.  We’re looking for someone who can clearly and effectively communicate internally and externally.  This person does not need to be an Excel “ninja” but should feel comfortable using established reports to identify challenges and opportunities. Quickly resolving issues and proactively seeking to improve processes for reducing future issues is critical to success in the role.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Distribution/Channel Partner Coordinator
    1. Lead day-to-day communications and manage relationships with our distribution partners.
    2. Common tasks include adjusting POs, setting up new items, and gathering data.
    3. Minimizing the friction of cost and effort in with our partners by fighting fees and improving processes to proactively resolve issues.
    4. Leverage relationships with business partners to increase volume and generate growth opportunities
  2. New Customer Support
    1. Supporting the sales team in setting up new customers
    2. Overseeing the set-up and initial distribution through distributor partners
  3. Customer Success Team Support
    1. Leveraging CAF resources to drive customer success at the store and corporate level
    2. Collaborate with and lead strategic improvement projects

What it takes to succeed: 

  • High School diploma or equivalent – Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Fit CAF culture and team values
  • Minimum 3 years in an office environment with relevant experience
  • Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, be just as comfortable working alone or in a team environment

What You'll Do:

The material handler is responsible for order processing and warehouse management.  This includes, but is not limited to, preparing orders for shipment, receiving product, operating a fork lift, repacking product, and maintaining a clean and safe workplace.  The position requires outstanding organizational skills and the ability to work with little supervision.  Must be willing to work in an environment with a high degree of multi-tasking and low allowance for failure.  A majority (up to 90-95%) of employee’s time will be spent in the warehouse and the remainder will be in administrative work. CAF is the leading manufacturer of outdoor cleaning products and is looking for a highly motivated, team-player to join our operations team.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment
    • Freight/Pallet Shipments
      • Order assembly with customer-specific labelling
      • Freight line appointment logistics (scheduling, abiding by pick-up windows)
      • Forklift operation – loading, unloading freight shipments
    • FedEx Ground/Express Shipments
      • Packaging requested items with customer-specific literature; product stickers
      • Creating shipping labels with FedEx Ship Manager
      • Completion and signing of Picking Tickets
      • FedEx Express appointment logistics
  • Production
    • “Check-ins”
      • Rebranding of finished goods received from suppliers (CAF Sprayers, Broom Applicators, etc.)
      • Final preparation of nearly finished goods (RADO, 8oz. Pumps, etc.)
    • Builds
      • Packaging, labelling of raw components into finished CAF products
      • Safe, diligent use of production equipment
      • Final yields recorded on Inventory Build Ticket

  • Inventory
    • Quarterly Inventory
    • Counting all items within the warehouse, cross-checking with inventory database
      • Gathering of shipping receipts/packing slips
      • Fulfilment of returned/damaged goods paperwork
      • Reorder of depleted items
        • Communication with Operations Manager
        • Use of Excel spreadsheets for boxes, shipping supply orders
  • Cleaning/Organizing
    • Basic daily upkeep
      • Maintain a clean and safe workspace
    • Weekly sweeping – mopping, as needed
    • Daily garbage and recycling disposal
    • Storage of received shipments in proper locations
    • Maintaining an intuitive layout for product storage in warehouse
      • Leaving frequently used pallets accessible
      • Keeping all pallets out of aisles
  • Quality Control
    • Visual inspection of received shipments
    • Fulfilment of quality control analysis specific to each product
      • Use of Excel spreadsheets, pH tests, net density calculations, etc.
    • Final visual evaluation of outgoing goods
      • Checking for dents, tears, leaks, imperfection

What it Takes to Succeed: 

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Capable of lifting 60lbs
  • Organization skills & self-starter
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to follow complex instructions

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • OSHA Compliant Forklift Training and Certification (not required)

The material handler reports to CAF’s TN Warehouse Manager, Tara Bland.
