What you’ll do:

As CAF’s Manager, Marketing Strategy you will bring your creativity to an exciting, dynamic, fast paced and rapidly growing company. We’re looking for an intentional storyteller that is passionate about using the latest marketing trends to accelerate CAF’s expansion into new domestic verticals and global markets. If you have a strong ability to hit the ground running to keep the momentum of CAF going strong, then keep reading; this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

 

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing proactive and strategic marketing plans that cover a broad spectrum of functions and responsibilities which include, but are not limited to company branding, external and internal communication, as well as sales and product support. To do this, you’ll need to manage and create content for social media, newsletters and press releases, maintain our online presence, create marketing literature, coordinate events and tradeshows, develop ad campaigns and more!

Customer Training Representative

What you'll do:

As CAF’s Customer Training Representative, you will provide immediate value and customer support to an exciting, fast-paced, growing company. We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, goal and results driven, and is ready to bring those values to CAF.  As a Customer

Trainer, you will support our corporate clients by calling and educating their employees about their organization’s cleaning program and the proper use of CAF products. This is not a sales position.  You must be willing to accept direct responsibility for call volume and quality. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate and report on training progress

What you’ll do:


As CAF’s Finance Director, you will bring your experience and expertise to an exciting, and fast-growing company. We are searching for a highly analytical director of finance to oversee and lead our company’s financial strategy planning and accounting operations. You will oversee all audit and internal control operations. This position covers a broad spectrum of functions and responsibilities which include, but are not limited to: responsible for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, development of a financial and operational strategy,  metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.

  • Financial planning, evaluating of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting (quarterly, annually, and as-needed basis)
  • Overseeing budget process and overseeing expense control
  • Developing, training and coaching CAF’s finance and accounting department employees

30-50% executive projects (outside finance role)


What You Will Need to Succeed:


  •    
  • 7+ years of finance, accounting management experience
  • Excellent leadership skills and interpersonal abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or comparable work experience)
  • Proven success in a fast-paced and dynamic company
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning / organizational skills
  • Experience in partnering with an executive team, and have a high level of written and oral communication skills
