- Fantastic Product!I am a gear head and am always working on cars in my garage. The typical and expected spills always happen. However now I have a way to remove them. No it does not work overnight. BUT, it does work. GIve the product the recommended time that is suggested and you will be surprised at how well it actually works.

- This stuff really works!I had some really bad oil stains on my driveway for about 2 1/2 years. So those who know that if you don't take care of it right away there is no hope you will be able to get rid of it. I live in a townhome and they have unreasonable rules as to what you can do to the outside of your home. I have wasted money pressure washing it. I have tried to get approval from the HOA to paint my drive way. The only solution seemed to be is to sand blast it. The cost is $350 for my little driveway. That was too much money. So I went on the internet desperately looking for a solution while the HOA was on my back to remove the oil stain. I came across this concrete cleaner that a person recommended to someone else. I went to the website to research it further. I seemed like something that will work. And it only cost like $40. I was skeptical but what can it hurt to try. It has been about 4 weeks and the stain is almost comely gone. My driveway looks much better than before. And most importantly the darn HOA people off my back. I would highly recommend this product!

- Works as AdvertisedI saw the commercial and read the reviews and was skeptical, but I still needed to clean my driveway so I ordered this product. I am GLAD I did. It works better than I thought. The oil and transmission fluid stains from my friend's car came up with very little effort. Very easy to use. Just throw some cleaner on the driveway and spread it out, wait for a little while and then sweep your problems away. I used it on a stubborn stain in the street and it cleaned that up too. You do have to repeat the process on heavily stained areas and it may not completely erase the stain but it does a good job. I am happy with my purchase and I am not a handyman.

- Easy to use - really deep stains likely need more...Got rid of the stains in the driveway and parkade. Easy to use - really deep stains likely need more than 1 treatment and older concrete might be a different colour but its easy to just sweep it over the whole section to make it all look new

- Maybe it has already made enough difference to be “okay"The jury is still out on this one. It certainly didn't make the oil spots go away in two applications, but there was some improvement, so I'll try a few more applications before I give up on it. - I have tried everything!I have tried everything from power washing to scrubbing the driveway with a brick and kitty litter to various cleaners nothing worked. This product lightened the stain it is with hope and time it will disappear. Keeping my fingers crossed

- 5 weeks in, it seems to be working, but I'm continuing the processI'm using this with another brand of microbial concrete cleaner. It seems to be working, but we've been at it for about 5 weeks. We'll keep going, applying each week and keeping them damp. The oil smell does seem to be decreasing quite a bit, so I'm hopeful.

- It felt like a miracleWe had several oil spots on the drive way. We sprinkled this on and swept it in and let it do the work. As it "soaked" in we would sprinkle a little more and sweep in. We left it on for about 4 weeks and rinse it off with the hose and the spots were all gone. It felt like a miracle.

- Good stuffI was quite skeptical about this stuff. However, I am pleased to report that it does actually work. The first time I used it, I probably used way too much, so definitely go sparingly. However, with each application, it definitely lightens the oil stains (on a concrete driveway). Even with rain, once the powder has been there a while, the stains remain lightened after they dry. I would recommend starting it when it is less likely to rain, as the longer it sits on there without being washed away, the better.

- Works better than advertisedI have been using this product for over a year and still have most of my 3 lb container left. I use this at a self storage facility because I needed something non-liquid that wouldn't get inside of customers' units but would still clean up various spills and stains from the concrete floors, drives and parking areas. You need to use some muscle when you apply it, but it's worked great for me and I would highly recommend it to others. And, they are right when they tell you that the more time that goes by after the initial application, the better it works. I have so far not had to apply it more than once to any kind of stain.

- Wow!Please see the attached pictures of an olive oil stain on my porch and use it for promoting your EXIMO product. I applied it to the stain area maybe 10 times total over the period of 2-3 months as the weather sometimes didn't allow for more frequent application; it rained or it was too windy or my procrastination.

- Good for cleaning oil spotsAfter I clean up the cement and getting it ready for painting, there were some oil spots and week of this stuff sitting on it did a good job of eating it up. It also works somewhat on paving stones. Remember this has to sit/brushed into the area you want to clean and let it sit for a few days to a couple weeks. I think as the oil wicks and thins through the cement enzymes convert the oil it can contact into carbon dioxide (CO2). For stubborn oil areas you may have to reapply. Don't dump it all over the place. Sprinkle it on the area and brush it in just enough to make it look like it's dusted. For heavier stuff I'll sprinkle stuff on it a little each day and keep it dry. I don't think it really works if it's wet.

- I use this at a gas station I work at. GREAT!I use this quite a bit to get rid of oil stains and what not left at pumps and in parking spaces. I would say it cleans very effectively and lightens even after 1 treatment which looks better than a black spot. I think the key is to let it sit as long as possible without water or other disturbances.

- Need only oneI brought two of the 3 lbs bottles for my two car garage. After a few sprinkles I was done. You really only need one bottle unless you own a gas station or trying to sprinkle a whole parking lot.

- Fantastic productI purchased this cleaner to remove the large oil stain left on our driveway from our daughter's car. This worked just as said. I'm extremely impressed. The oil stain was not very old so that may have helped with the ease with which it came up. I definitely recommend this if you are dealing with stubborn oil stains.

- Magic!I had all but given up trying to clean up the oil spots in my garage and on my driveway until a friend of mine recommended I try EXIMO. I tried pressure washing, etc. and was only able to remove the surface oil. EXIMO actually worked at removing the oil deep down in the concrete. I have no idea how it works, I just know that it does! The fact that its environmentally friendly is fantastic too!

- EXIMO can't be stopped!A friend told me about EXIMO, but friends tell me a lot of things. I wanted to try it myself before making a change. Now I know it can REMOVE oil and not just cover up the stain. After a few applications I noticed a drastic difference.

- Shocked, but it works!I have a very long paver driveway so everyone who visits parks up on our driveway. Many vehicles have leaked. I asked the paver installer and he says "nothing will work, you need to pull the pavers." What the heck, I try this stuff. It wasn't fast and it took 3 applications once per month for three months, but the stains are 100% gone. Absolutely you can't find them at all even knowing exactly where to look. Since then, I have had way way worse oil spills (actually had close to half a quart of used motor oil spill) and 100% resolution every time. You need to be patient, but it did work 100% on pavers (the half quart spill probably took 6 monhts). I can't speak for concrete or oil stains that are old. All of mine were new stains on pavers. I did try pressure washing and ridiculous amounts of detergent first which did almost nothing except get rid of the goo on the surface. The 3 lb container of the stuff goes a long long way. I am only 50% done with it after 2 years and that is with me totally doing it wrong and just dumping the stuff all messy like using way more than needed per application. The only down side, I have become anal retentive now about oil drips hunting them down every time we have guests.

- Recommend without hesitationDefinitely a 5! We run a medical office with a concrete parking lot. We tried many different products before discovering Eximo. The results are not instant, but they are amazing. We can recommend EXIMO without hesitation. It is not cheep, but is the only product we have found to really remove the oil stains.
