Position: Product Manager

 

As CAF’s Product Manager you will bring your advanced problem-solving skills to a dynamic, fast-paced and rapidly growing company. We’re looking for a highly driven individual to provide leadership and direction in the product management process by owning the vision and driving the success of products throughout their respective lifecycle. The Product Manager sets a vision for all the products’ success and future and will ultimately be responsible for the product's fate. This person will be responsible for ensuring that CAF employees are trained on our products while achieving and maintaining established goals. This position will include preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity, quality, and product standards; resolving problems; completing quality audits; identifying continuous product improvements; and driving and implementing change.

The Product Manager reports to CAF’s New Product Development Manager, Mathew Smith, whose diverse skill set, background and knowledge of this business ensures his department and employees are firmly aligned with CAF’s broader initiatives and strategies. Matt’s leadership style is hands-on and collaborative, working together to ensure his employee’s success and achieving company goals and initiatives.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will be an integral part of the product development team and execute CAF Product Management process, goals and objectives
  • You will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing CAF’s go-to market product strategy
