CAF is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, self-starting individual to join our sales team as an Inside Sales Representative. You will work closely with your manager to identify target accounts, create outbound email/call campaigns, and see deals through the closing process. As the Inside Sales Representative, you will report to CAF’s eCommerce and Inside Sales Manager, Vaugh Gessner.  Vaughn’s proactive and resourceful leadership style fosters collaboration, empowering his team to achieve and exceed their goals.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Generate quality opportunities and close deals utilizing company leads/contacts via telephone, email, virtual meetings, and other creative means
  • Update lead scoring and prospect interaction in CRM to ensure efficient lead management
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest to build and maintain a sales funnel.
  • Collaborate as a team member within the sales department and organization as a whole
  • Become an industry and product expert
