The Graphic Arts & Marketing Specialist develops content that advances the goals and objectives of key marketing strategic initiatives. This role supports all sales and marketing efforts to drive product awareness and lead generation. This position requires exceptional design and communication skills, a solid understanding of web/digital best practices,  and the ability to implement and measure marketing tactics.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable moving across various marketing functions from content creation through implementation using a variety of systems and tools. This person will be a self-starter, have a strong desire to learn, and be a team player willing to assist where needed.

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Design marketing and sales collateral (digital & print)
  • Generate and deploy engaging marketing campaigns
  • Assist with updating and optimizing our website
  • Content curation for social media, newsletters, press releases, and blog
  • Create annual review of all collateral & marketing material to ensure consistency with web site designs, marketing strategies and target audience intent.
  • Assist products team with documentation and new product roll out
  • Provide design support on trade show booth design and layout as well as logistics support.
  • Support internal communication as needed

 

What You Will Need to Succeed:

  •    Graphic design experience and available portfolio
  •     Knowledge of interactive design including best practices in technology, usability and user experience
  •     Excellent creative and innovative skills
  •     Strong organizational, social, written and verbal communication skills 
  •     Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, as well as work independently and in a team environment
  •     Proficient in graphic design software packages such as In Design, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  •     Professional and consistent work habits, strong work ethic, driven to achieve company goals
  •     Satisfy pre-employment drug testing
  •     Reside within 15 miles from CAF Office (Maple Valley, 98038)

 

You Might Also Have:

    Proven B2B marketing experience

    Knowledge of online software and packages such as HTML, CSS, Magento and Content Management Systems.

    Understanding of web design and web analytic software

    Strong project management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize

    Accuracy and attention to detail

    Undergraduate degree preferred
